How we work

Most marketing companies make promises about results they don’t control. We built our machine so it can’t. Here is every promise we make, and the mechanism that enforces it.

Every quote is a real customer’s words.
Our software checks every on-screen review quote, letter by letter, against the real Google review before a video is allowed to render. A quote that does not match kills the video.
Your business data is real, never typed from memory.
Every video and page is anchored to your actual Google Business listing. Ratings and review counts are fetched live, not copied from a spreadsheet.
Every video passes a written inspection.
Each video carries a certificate listing the standards it passed. When we raise a standard, older videos are automatically flagged for a free refresh.
Numbers are computed, never estimated.
Your monthly report only contains numbers our software actually measured, and it says plainly what it cannot measure yet. No reach theater, no vanity metrics.
You can leave instantly and keep everything.
Every page we make for you has a takedown button. Press it and it all comes down, no questions, no counter-pitch. Month to month, no contracts, no hostages: your phone number, your domain, your pages stay yours.
We follow Google’s review rules to the letter.
We ask every customer for an honest review, the same way. No filtering out unhappy customers, no rewards for stars, no scripts. Google updated its rules in April 2026; much of the industry has not caught up. We were built inside the rules.
Nothing goes out without a human.
Every email, post, and page is approved by a person before it ships. You approve your month with one tap, and you can veto any single item any time before it goes out.
One craftsman, one machine.
My Town Loves is one local person plus software that never sleeps. No investors to repay, no staff to bill you for. That is not a promotion; it is the structure, and it is why the price is honest.
