Privacy

If you give us your email through a signup box, we keep your email address so we can send you the letter you asked for. If you suggest a business, you can add your name; it stays attached to that suggestion and goes nowhere else. If you reserve an advertising spot, we keep the business contact details needed to invoice you. That is the full list. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs, and we count visits with a privacy-light measure — none of it is sold or used to build a profile of you.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We never share your email with the businesses in the directory or with anyone else. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on you.

Ratings, review counts, and business details shown in the directory come from Google and are labeled with the date we last checked them. We do not invent or alter them. A business owner can ask us to correct or remove their listing at any time — see the next section.

Every letter we send has a one-click unsubscribe, honored the same day. To have your email erased, or to correct or remove a business listing, email steve@mytownloves.com and it is done the same day, no questions asked.
